How do I order from Adult-Toys.com?

Simple, select a category from our extensive list and browse until you find the toy(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart you may then continue to our secure checkout where you will be asked to provide address, billing and contact information. Our system will then ask you for your credit card details.

Our real-time shipping calculates a list of available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery date. After you have made you selection, you will be asked to verify your order and then submit your order.

Once your secure online payment has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email and order receipt. Your package will arrive within shipping time zone you select during checkout. You may check the status of your order anytime after your purchase has been completed by logging into our order tracking page.

Does Adult-Toys.com ship to countries outside of the USA?

Adult-Toys.com accepts orders from the USA and Canada. If you do not live in one of these countries then Adult-Toys.com does not currently ship to your country.

Does Adult-Toys.com offer FREE Shipping?

Any order purchased at Adult-Toys.com over $25.00 is available to be shipped to you for FREE.. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground and will arrive anywhere from 5-10 days for the continental United States and Canada and 7-15 days for Alaska, Hawaii and all other rural shipping areas of the country.

How many products can fit in my shopping cart?

Your may add up to twenty (20) items to your shopping cart. If your order is larger than 20 items, please split your order into two separate orders or contact us at <%=phoneNumber %> for alternative ordering methods.

How is my order kept discreet and private?

All information given to to Adult-Toys.com via electronic commerce, email or direct contact is kept secure and is not shared with anyone outside our organization. Order information is kept only for internal use and support issues.

All orders purchased through Adult-Toys.com are billed to your credit card and shipped to your discreet by MPTB, Inc. a corporation located in California. This name insures your privacy.

All orders are shipped in discreet plain white or brown boxes or FedEx or UPS Express packages with absolutely no mention of the inside contents and the outside of the package. You will be provided a tracking number and updates via email and available online on our order tracking page.

How do I return a defective or damaged product?

You may request a product return merchandise authorization (RMA) from MPTB. If your item is defective or damaged we will send you a RMA form with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us. We CANNOT accept used or opened items for refund, only exchange for same or similar item. Unopened items with visible damage should be returned immediately for replacement. In most cases your new replacement will be in the mail before you get to the post office to return your defective one.
